Reiki & Sound Healing

Service Description

We will begin with a specifically intentioned guided meditation and then intuitively combining Reiki and vibrational sound medicine. I will focus on each of your chakras (working with the 7 chakra system) to help re-direct and release stagnant energy and bring in whatever is needed at the time of our session to restore balance and alignment in your energetic, emotional and physical bodies. An immersive opportunity for deep release and restoration, Reiki and sound work powerfully together to calm your nervous system and bring your mind, body, spirit into healthy flow. Reiki will be sent wherever it is needed throughout our time together but special attention will go to any area that you request. Sound healing offers a beautiful way to harmonize and integrate your Reiki experience. This session includes an intuitive energy reading, I will share any information received at the end of our time together.
